The Council is chaired by Mr. Ngo Anh Tin - Director of Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology. The study is carried out by Mr. Nguyen Tan Nhon. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Can Tho City is the agency in charge of implementing the project.
