Disease prevention technology for medical facilities
At the symposium "Technology to prevent COVID-19 in hospitals and medical facilities" organized online by the Ho Chi Minh City Informatics Association in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Trung Software Park on October 6, many solutions have been introduced.

TMA Solutions's remote patient health monitoring solution can reduce the burden on current doctors at hospitals. At the same time, limit cross-infection when the COVID-19 epidemic is still complicated.
The device is a remote health monitoring watch that can monitor and provide 24/7 indicators, such as heart rate, blood pressure, heart rate variability, blood oxygen saturation, electrocardiogram, the number of steps, quality of sleep and etc. At the same time, the device connects patients with doctors, relatives, and warns of unusual cases and emergencies. Users can also create prescriptions, take medication reminders, book medical appointments and appointment reminders.
According to Mrs. Ho Thi Hoang Yen, Head of TMA Innovation Business Development Department, this solution helps to detect complications early for timely handling before serious changes; and limit contact between patients and medical staffs, thereby reducing the risk of infection and supporting more effective treatment of F0 patients at home. The device is currently being tested on COVID-19 patients at 2 hospitals, namely Field Hospital 14, Le Van Thinh (HCMC) and some F0 patients at home.
Epidemiological information map Covidmaps of Phenikaa Maas Technology Joint Stock Company, applying technologies, such as maps, AI, IoT, algorithms, BigData, and etc. to help people quickly access information about the epidemic situation . The map displays all important information, such as the list of patients (year of birth, gender, current condition and place of treatment). In addition, users can search for information about concentrated isolation points, maximum number of receptions, number of people in quarantine and the number of people that can receive more. For the places the patient has been, the map will show the patient number and the length of time that person has been there. Covidmaps have now been deployed to 18 provinces in Vietnam, such as Da Nang, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Phu Yen, Gia Lai, etc.

VNG Cloud introduces a cloud-based application solution for the camera to recognize faces (even in case of wearing a mask) during attendance. Identify the person's body temperature and warn if it exceeds the allowable threshold. In addition, the solution can localize and determine the number of people allowed to work in a specific area, if it is exceeded, it will issue an alert. As an AI application on the cloud, the solution can detect movement, overcome virtual barriers, enter restricted areas, count people, recognize number plates, etc., suitable for monitoring in places of isolation and treatment COVID-19 patients. Currently, the solution is being applied at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone in Ho Chi Minh City.
