Hung Yen: 60/60 administrative units successfully applied the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015
Through the inspection of the application of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, it helps state administrative agencies realize the role of the application, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system, which has brought positive results, helping officials and civil servants deploy and manage work records in a scientific way, shorten the time to process documents, handle administrative procedures quickly and on time.
Implement Plan No. 13/KH-UBND dated January 20, 2022 of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee on inspecting the application, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001 Standard in agencies and organizations under the state administrative system in the province in 2022. Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality has advised the Department of Science and Technology to issue Official Letter No. 158/SKHCN-TCC dated 28/28 March 2022 on sending officials to participate in the ISO inspection team in 2022 to Department of Home Affairs and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; Decision No. 79/QD-SKHCN dated April 22, 2022 (phase 1) and Decision No. 140/QD-SKHCN dated July 18, 2022 (phase 2) on the establishment of a team to inspect the application and maintenance and improve the quality management system according to ISO 9001 standard in state administrative agencies.
Accordingly, the inspection team coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs; representatives of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities organize the inspection at 60 state administrative agencies in the province (including 02 provincial-level units; 07 department-level units, Departments under the Department; 51 People's Committees of the Department; commune, ward, town). The inspection team inspects the following contents: The construction, application, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system according to the requirements of the national standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2015.
The scope of application includes all activities related to the implementation of administrative procedures for organizations and individuals under the agency's handling competence; Disseminating and guiding the application of the document system and work handling process to all officials and public employees within the scope of building and applying the quality management system; Agency compliance with the requirements of the national standard ISO 9001:2015: Strengthening the Steering Committee, Quality policy, quality objectives, internal processes, applicable procedures administration, relevant legal regulations; The performance of work-solving and process is defined in the quality management system. Management review activities and internal reviews, taking corrective action for nonconformities. Complaint handling activities related to the area of application of the quality management system. Improvement activities in the quality management system.
