Speaking at the workshop, Mr. Pham Hong Quat, Director of NATEC said: Open innovation is currently being strongly developed by countries in ASEAN. In that context, Vietnamese businesses that want to reach out to the international market to raise capital and develop the market are forced to open their minds to "heart", "stretches" longer, "arms" to connect with each other.
Mr. Pham Hong Quat emphasized, we must build an open ecosystem from the scope of universities, businesses, corporations, incubators to cities and countries. He also expressed his wish that at the workshop, experts will come up with initiatives for Vietnam in the new period of cooperation and competition, but still retain its position, human resources, and creative thinking, the ability to adapt to the new environment.
Mr. Benjamin Wong, co-founder and CEO of Kinobi, Singapore said: DPA's presence in Vietnam aims to connect SMEs in the field of digital transformation with policy makers, businesses and organizations to strengthen Vietnam's digital ecosystem; supporting the development of dynamic, creative and flexible digital transformation SMEs that can expand across the region.
TECHTRAVERSE 2023 is organized by OITI in collaboration with NATEC to attract domestic and foreign resources to serve the needs of entities in the innovation ecosystem, contributing to the implementation of Project 844, supporting businesses, management agencies, organizations, institutes, and schools to promote startup and open innovation activities domestically and internationally.
