Hiệu quả điều trị mất ngủ bằng phương pháp nhĩ châm các huyệt thần môn, tâm, tỳ, thận, vùng dưới đồi kết hợp với thể châm trên bệnh nhân mất ngủ không thực tổn

Hiện nay, benzodiazepine vẫn là nhóm thuốc hàng đầu trong điều trị mất ngủ không thực tổn. Tuy nhiên, việc sử dụng lâu dài benzodiazepine luôn đi cùng nhiều tác dụng phụ và nguy cơ lệ thuộc thuốc. Vì vậy, việc sử dụng những trị liệu không dùng thuốc trong điều trị mất ngủ không thực tổn ngày càng được chú trọng, trong đó nổi lên vai trò ngày càng lớn của châm cứu. Mặc dù đã và đang được ứng dụng trong nhiều bệnh lý, tuy nhiên vai trò của nhĩ châm, đặc biệt khi kết hợp cùng thể châm, trong điều trị mất ngủ không thực tổn vẫn chưa được đánh giá rõ ràng.

Với nghiên cứu báo cáo hàng loạt ca, chúng tôi tiến hành nhĩ châm trên nền thể châm 25 bệnh nhân mất ngủ không thực tổn trong vòng 28 ngày và so sánh sự thay đổi thang điểm PSQI qua 3 thời điểm (ngày 0, ngày 14 và ngày 28).

Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, sau 28 ngày can thiệp qua 3 thời điểm lúc bắt đầu can thiệp, ngày 14 và ngày 28 cho thấy điểm PSQI trung bình giảm theo thời gian lần lượt là 12,30 ± 1,20, 10,50 ± 1,70, 6,90 ± 2,40. Sự giảm của điểm PSQI có ý nghĩa thống kê ngày tại thời điểm ngày 14 so với ban đầu (p <0,001). Sự kết hợp giữa nhĩ châm và thể châm là phương pháp điều trị cải thiện rõ rệt tình trạng mất ngủ không thực tổn.
