Covid-19 dễ lây nhất giữa các thành viên trong gia đình
Một nghiên cứu sâu rộng về sự lây truyền SARS-CoV-2 ở tỉnh Hồ Nam, Trung Quốc đã phát hiện ra, những cuộc gặp gỡ có khả năng lây lan virus cao nhất là giữa các thành viên trong cùng một hộ gia đình.

Viện Y tế Quốc gia Hoa Kỳ và Đại học Phúc Đán, Trung Quốc, đã phân tích dữ liệu từ 1.178 người ở Hồ Nam bị nhiễm SARS-CoV-2 và hơn 15.000 người tiếp xúc gần với người bị nhiễm bệnh. Nhóm nghiên cứu nhận thấy, những cuộc tiếp xúc giữa những người sống cùng nhau có nguy cơ lây truyền cao nhất, tiếp theo là những cuộc tiếp xúc giữa các thành viên trong một đại gia đình. Nguy cơ lây truyền thấp hơn nữa đối với các cuộc tiếp xúc xã hội và gặp gỡ cộng đồng, chẳng hạn như giữa những người trên phương tiện giao thông công cộng.

Phân tích cho thấy việc phong tỏa Hồ Nam thực sự làm tăng nguy cơ lây lan virus trong các hộ gia đình, khi các thành viên dành nhiều thời gian ở nhà với nhau hơn. Nhưng đổi lại, số ca lây nhiễm trong cộng đồng đã giảm trong cùng thời kỳ.
