Announcement ceremony and awarding decision on appointment of Leader of Institute of Technology Application
In the morning of September 1, 2021, at the headquarters of the Institute of Technology Application (UDCN), a ceremony to announce and award the Appointment Decision for two comrades holding the position of Deputy Director of the Institute took place. Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Member of the Party Personnel Committee, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology; Comrade Pham Thi Van Anh, Chief of the Office of the Party Personnel Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Science and Technology.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Giang handed over the decision to appoint Deputy Director to Mr. Tran Hung Thuan and Mr. Hoang Ngoc Nhan
At the ceremony, Comrade Pham Thi Van Anh announced the Decision No. 1965/QD-BKHCN dated July 26, 2021 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the appointment of Mr. Tran Hung Thuan, Director of the Materials Technology Center, Institute of Technology and Application holds the position of Deputy Director of Institute of Technology and Application; Decision No. 2059/QD-BKHCN dated August 6, 2021 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the receipt and appointment of Mr. Hoang Ngoc Nhan, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Electronics, Informatics, Automation, The Ministry of Industry and Trade holds the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of Technology and Application.
Presenting the Decision and giving flowers to congratulate the two comrades Tran Hung Thuan and Hoang Ngoc Nhan, on behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Giang emphasized that the leaders of the Institute of Science and Technology has been consolidated at a very meaningful time and is a great motivation for the strong development of the Institute of Technology in the coming time.
Comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang hopes that the two comrades will together with the leadership team and cadres, officials and employees of the Institute of Technology and Application continue to promote the good tradition of the unit, together with the staff of the Institute of Technology has successfully completed its tasks, meeting the requirements of the work in the coming time. As the Leader of the Ministry in charge of the Institute, Comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang affirmed that he will often work with the Institute's leaders to well perform the Institute's political tasks assigned by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
On behalf of the two comrades to receive new tasks, Comrade Hoang Ngoc Nhan respectfully received the direction of Comrade Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Giang, affirming that he will constantly try to learn and improve in all aspects to meet the good task requirements.
