Two Vietnamese lecturers received awards from the French Academy
On June 15, the University of Education, Hue University informed that Dr. Tran Quang Hoa was one of two Vietnamese scientists to receive the French Academy Award.

It is known that on June 13, at the Great Hall of the French Institute in Paris, the French Academy of Sciences and the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research awarded the 2022 international cooperation award for excellent scientific projects cooperated with Poland, Taiwan (China) and some member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
At the ceremony, Dr. Tran Quang Hoa was honored to receive the award with the project "Description of geometry in commutative algebra". Dr. Hoa said, knowing that the French Academy of Sciences selects projects in many fields of Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Agriculture... to consider the awards, he and his colleagues are French professor Marc Chardin did the profile. This work was evaluated by the French Academy of Sciences based on research capacity, previous publications and future research plans.
Professor Marc Chardin also expressed his pleasure to receive this award because it allows him to continue to develop cooperation with a young research group majoring in mathematics of Hue University, as well as with a number of researchers at other universities and the Institute of Mathematics in Hanoi.
