Ho Chi Minh City is about to survey 30 science and technology organizations to form a research center that meets international standards
Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology has just announced an invitation to register to perform the task "Survey and evaluate public science and technology organizations in the City to promote the formation of research centers that meet international standard".

Accordingly, the Department of Science and Technology requested the implementation unit to select a list of science and technology organizations to conduct surveys and assessments (expected 30 organizations). The implementing unit will deploy and complete: (1) Survey and assessment data set; (2) Report summarizing the current status of public science and technology organizations in the City; (3) Detailed assessment report of each public science and technology organization surveyed; (4) Ranking list of public science and technology organizations by each field.
According to the announcement, the implementing unit can be a science and technology organization, a science and technology enterprise, a school, an institute, or an organization with the function of scientific and technological research. Particularly for tasks in the form of scientific projects, the host organization can be state agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations. The organization registering to lead the task and the individual registering to be the task leader do not violate the regulations on management of scientific and technological research tasks promulgated in Decision No. 35/2023/QD -On August 21, 2023, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City issued Regulations on management of science and technology tasks using the state budget of Ho Chi Minh City (details http://www .dost.hochiminhcity.gov.vn/pages/vb-phap- luat.aspx).
Registration documents to perform the task are submitted online at https://qlnv.doimoisangtao.vn. Time from now until April 12, 2024. Documents are sent in pdf file format (set a password) and must be signed and stamped by the organization registering for implementation.
