Approval of the Project on digital transformation of quality measurement standards industry
The Minister of Science and Technology (S&T) issued Decision No.455/QD-BKHCN on approving the Project on digital transformation of quality measurement standards until 2025, with a vision to 2030.

With the perspective of placing the interests of people and businesses as the main goal in digital transformation activities, quality measurement standards ensure consistency, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency; Forming a digital transformation mindset based on productivity improvement thinking and lean management thinking, creating fundamental changes in awareness, working methods, and improving labor productivity of the workforce officials, public employees, workers with people and businesses in the management of quality measurement standards activities, in accordance with the trends of approaching industry 4.0, serving the integration and development process of country's socio-economic.
The project targets the year 2030: Digital measurement standards, providing high quality services; Nationally connected and synchronized digital data system; Industry digital infrastructure with unified and modern quality measurement standards.
The project sets out the following goals:
• 100% of government activities on a unified online platform
• 100% open data standards bodies for digital government
• 100% of public services are deployed electronically
• 100% technical standard data on industry systems
• 95% of people and businesses are satisfied with administrative procedures.
