Launching ceremony of an online contest to learn about policies and laws of the Science and Technology industry
On April 26, 2024, in Hanoi, the Trade Union of the Ministry of Science and Technology (M&T) held a launching ceremony for an online contest to learn about policies and laws of the S&T industry.

Competition starting ceremony
The contest aims to practically celebrate major holidays and anniversaries; Celebrate Vietnam Science and Technology Day May 18; celebrate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Science and Technology; 65 years of the establishment of the Trade Union of the Ministry of Science and Technology; 30 years of the establishment of the Vietnam Public Employees' Union and 95 years of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.

In his opening speech, Mr. Ha Quoc Trung, Chairman of the Ministry's Trade Union, Director of the Information Technology Center, Head of the Organization Board said: The contest aims to promote propaganda, education, and awareness raising, responsibilities of officials, civil servants and public employees in learning about policies and laws of the science and technology industry; Ensuring professionalism, responsibility, integrity, transparency, and efficiency in performing tasks and public duties, meeting the requirements of serving the people and society.
Mr. Ha Quoc Trung affirmed: During the process of organizing the contest, Organiztion Board always closely followed the requirements of the contest. Exam content must be practical and suitable for civil servants, public employees and workers; create an exciting and vibrant atmosphere, attracting the attention and enthusiastic support of a large number of civil servants and workers at all levels; Contest software must ensure quality, utility, practicality, efficiency and be able to integrate with other tools and information media.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Pham Gia Chuong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology, expressed his hope that the contest will help civil servants have a deeper and more accurate awareness of the activities of the Science and Technology industry, thereby contributing to make practical contributions to the development of the Science and Technology industry in general and the Ministry of Science and Technology in particular.
