Ha Giang discovered more than 16,000 cosmetic goods with counterfeit brands
The Market Management Department of Ha Giang province has just discovered more than 16,000 shampoo, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, and toothpaste products with counterfeit brands.
Market Management Team No. 1 of the Ha Giang Provincial Market Management Department inspected and discovered trucks with control plates 29C.167.10 transporting many goods with signs of violation. At the time of the inspection, the Inspection Team of Market Management Team No. 1 discovered 16,202 products of shampoo, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, and toothpaste with signs of counterfeit brands Sunsilk, Clear, Dove, Sunlight, P/S , Colgate and OMO have been protected in Vietnam. All of the above goods are owned by Mr. N.V.C residing in Quang Yen commune, Thanh Ba district, Phu Tho province. Mr. N.V.C could not present invoices or documents proving the legal origin of the shipment.
Currently, the case is being handled by Market Management Team No. 1, which has temporarily detained all of the above goods and coordinated with relevant units to verify, clarify and handle according to regulations.
