Transport and postal delivery tend to develop highly
In April 2025, the total revenue of the transport, transport support and postal and delivery sectors was estimated at 21 trillion VND, up 15.8% year-on-year and up slightly 0.5% month-on-month. In the first four months of the year, total revenue reached about 83.6 trillion VND, up 18.7% year-on-year, reflecting the recovery and development of the industry.

To meet the high travel demand during the 5-day April 30 - May 1 holiday, Hanoi has directed transport units to prepare plans to increase the number of buses. Bus routes will be increased to 38, of which the Cat Linh - Ha Dong and Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station trains will run regularly every 10 minutes. The railway sector will also proactively increase trips, open early ticket sales and arrange personnel to ensure safety and convenience for passengers.
In the aviation sector, airlines have proactively increased their fleet, opened ticket sales early, and prepared to increase flights to meet peak passenger numbers. From April 25 to May 5, airlines operated 7,536 domestic flights, providing 1.5 million seats, an increase of 20% compared to normal days and 22% compared to the same period last year, helping passengers have safe and convenient trips during the holiday.
