TCVN 14223-4:2024 on safety requirements of glass tilting tables to avoid risks during use
The glass tilting table is an indispensable device in the glass installation and cutting process, especially suitable for mass production lines.

Made mainly from sturdy steel, the table can withstand loads of up to 500 kg, easily tilting the base up to 78° to help change the direction of the glass panel from vertical to horizontal without making noise. The powerful lifting system, smooth operation, ensures stable operation, saves labor and complies with national standard TCVN 14223-4:2024 on safety in the production and processing of flat glass.
According to this standard, the glass tilting table must be designed and installed securely, complying with safety requirements and protective measures, in particular, the danger zones must be protected by a fence at least 1.4 m high and have a suitable distance so that the operator is not in danger. Measures to prevent crushing, flying glass or damage to electrical and electronic components must be applied, such as using damping methods, securing or covering cables, pressure pipes.
In addition, the standard also clearly stipulates the label on the outside of the table, providing full information, such as manufacturer's name, year of manufacture, code, technical specifications, and safety warnings during operation, to ensure clarity and easy identification to ensure maximum safety during use.
