Tran The Anh started his entrepreneurial journey during his student years, when he was independent, worked as a shipper, and did many other jobs to make ends meet and nurture his passion.

From his second year of university, he has actively participated in information technology projects, especially in the field of online marketing, which helped him build a foundation of knowledge and a clear vision of his goals. With an initial capital of about 30-40 million VND, he and his friends started a business in the field of wireless headphones, and after only 4 months, they made more than 20 times more profit, creating the foundation for DZ Group - a strong e-commerce company headquartered in Hanoi, operating in many countries and in a variety of industries.
During the development process, Tran The Anh continuously learns and improves his skills through training courses, self-study and direct cooperation with partners to perfect and expand the company. He advocates building an independent, dynamic staff team and regularly organizes training courses to expand knowledge internally. DZ Group's multi-channel strategy through platforms, such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Shopee and diverse product lines has helped the company achieve large revenue, expand its system in Vietnam and internationally, and train more than 2,000 marketing and sales staff, many of whom have started their own businesses or become successful.
With a big vision towards becoming a unicorn and multinational company, Tran The Anh has developed a new brand Rowanto, specializing in domestic home appliances and smart devices, to create jobs, promote technology research, and better understand the Vietnamese consumer market. The company applies a modern sales model, combining online and offline, helping customers easily access and order products, achieving revenue of over 40 billion VND after only the second quarter of 2024. With the philosophy of always putting customers at the center and believing in the team's capabilities, Tran The Anh and DZ Group are increasingly affirming their position, inspiring the young generation to start a business.
