In which, the set of indicators assessing state agencies at the departmental and sectoral levels is built based on 6 indicators (digital awareness, digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital human resources, cyberinformation security, and activities of digital transformation) and 32 component indices.
The set of indicators evaluates the People's Committee of Thu Duc City and districts based on 9 main indicators (digital awareness; digital institutions; digital infrastructure; digital human resources; network information security; 4 indicators of digital transformation activities, including: digital government, digital economy, digital society, smart city) and 51 component indexes.
Agencies and units update data and explanation documents according to each criterion into the City's digital transformation index management and evaluation system. The system will automatically calculate the score, to help specify the strengths to promote, the weaknesses to overcome. Units can track their digital conversion figures and rankings on the system.
Starting from 2023, the results of the evaluation and ranking of digital transformation units will be announced by the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City on the digital transformation portal of the city at https://chuyendoiso.hochiminhcity .gov.vn.
The HCM DTI digital transformation assessment system will also be linked, connected and integrated with the National Digital Transformation Rating and Evaluation System.
