With the advantage of land and geographical location located in the center of the southern key economic region, Binh Duong is transforming itself into a "golden land", opening up successful business opportunities for all businesses. In order to promote the creative economy and meet the increasing demand of global industrial production, Binh Duong has determined that it is necessary to create a favorable environment and promote support for start-ups and scientific and technological enterprises and innovative enterprises

In the past time, programs to promote innovation and research in science, technology and modern education, such as STEM/STEAM, TechLab, FabLab, and business incubators have been developed from the government to schools and businesses.
In particular, the Provincial Startup Support and Community Initiative Center (BIIC) was born, promptly providing startup with space, facilities, machinery and equipment, means of supporting and organizing events activities to promote the startups and innovation ecosystem. This is the place to connect start-up networks, between startups and investment networks, connect university incubators, industrial parks and businesses across the province. BIIC is considered an important link in spreading the general development orientation for the whole province as well as connecting Binh Duong's startup ecosystem with ecosystems in the region and the world.
According to Dr. Nguyen Viet Long, Acting Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Director of Binh Duong Smart City Office, in the coming time, the province will focus on practical problems to promote startup businesses, production and business better. Binh Duong also has the orientation to build a constructive government, focusing on attracting and connecting resources of the whole society to participate in the construction of startups and innovation.
Currently, Binh Duong's institutions, organizations, businesses and communities are being facilitated and encouraged by the government to participate in building the startup ecosystem. The province will also continue to develop the "3-house" linkage model (State, entrepreneurs and research institutes, schools).
