Research on production of microbial products to create organic fertilizer from vegetable and fruit wastes in the development of clean vegetable cultivation
In the morning of May 30, 2022, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology established a mid-term evaluation council for the project "Research on production of microbial products to create organic fertilizer from vegetable and fruit wastes in the development of clean vegetable cultivation”. The Council was chaired by Mr. Truong Hoang Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Can Tho City. The study was carried out by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Khoi Nghia. Can Tho University is an agency in charge of implementing the project.

Overview of the meeting
The project deploys the following contents: Research on the production process of microbial products containing lactic acid synthase bacteria strains; Evaluation of the effect of finished organic fertilizers from the decomposition of vegetable and fruit wastes on the growth, yield of leafy vegetables (lettuce) and soil quality in field conditions.
