The project is implemented according to a model in Can Tho city for the following target groups: Production establishments, cooperatives, farms, concentrated slaughterhouses, preliminary processing and large processing scale, key industrial enterprises, production chains, shops; key products and goods of Can Tho city; The system is capable of decentralizing management and application for the Departments of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and tec. 09 districts of Can Tho city.
