At the same time, this is an opportunity for the city's leaders to listen and acknowledge the contributions of typical scientists and intellectuals who have made many positive and effective contributions to the cause of socio-economic development, security and defense; encourage the team of intellectuals and scientists to continue to unite and promote creative intelligence to build the Can Tho city is rich, beautiful and civilized.

Attending the meeting, there were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc He, Member, Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee, Mr. Ngo Anh Tin - Member, Director of Department of Science and Technology, and more than 200 delegates who are typical scientists, intellectuals of the city with direct and online form.
