In order to timely encourage and reward collectives with outstanding achievements in performing administrative procedures control, implementing one-door and connected one-door mechanisms, implementing administrative procedures on the electronic environment in 2022” in the city; On February 22, 2023, the Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee issued the Commendation Decision No. 397/QD-UBND for departments, agencies, and units under the City People's Committee.

During the 2022 emulation, the Chairman of the City People's Committee awarded the Certificate of Merit to 8 collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing the control of administrative procedures, implementing one-door and connected one-door mechanisms, implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment in 2022. Contents of commendation of the Department of Science and Technology include: Announcement and publicization of administrative procedures, list of administrative procedures; Review and simplify administrative procedures; Receive and handle complaints and recommendations on regulations and administrative procedures; Situation and results of handling administrative procedures; Implement one-door and connected one-door mechanisms in handling administrative procedures; Carrying out administrative procedures in the electronic environment; Communication supporting administrative procedures control activities; Research and propose initiatives to reform administrative procedures; Check the implementation of administrative procedures control; etc.

On the basis of the results achieved in 2022, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology will continue to further promote the control of administrative procedures, implement the one-door and connected one-door mechanisms, implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment in 2023 to improve the quality of public administration reform and modernize the administrative system at the unit.
