Research on the technological process of processing some products from abalone mushrooms
In the morning of March 19, 2024, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology established a Council to evaluate the results of implementing science and technology tasks without using state budget on the project "Research on technological processes for processing some products from abalone mushrooms". The Council was presided by Dr. Ngo Anh Tin - Director of Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology. The study is carried out by Associate Professor, Dr. Tong Thi Anh Ngoc. Can Tho University is an implementing unit.

Overview of the meeting
At the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Tong Thi Anh Ngoc, the project leader, reported specifically on research on the technological process of processing a number of products from abalone mushrooms.
The project aims to build a technological process for processing 3 products from abalone mushrooms including floss, pickled mushrooms and vegetarian mushroom patties to ensure safe quality according to national technical regulations.

Research team
The Council evaluated the research results of Associate Professor Dr. Tong Thi Anh Ngoc and the research team as very meaningful and of practical value in producing products from abalone mushrooms. However, the research team needs to edit some contents and complete the report according to comments from council’s members.
