In order to create diverse, convenient and nutritious products from breadfruit to meet the needs of consumers. At the same time, taking advantage of locally available raw materials of breadfruit, contributing to improving economic value and increasing income for farmers.

The project will conduct the following contents: Research on the production process of breadfruit powder from fresh breadfruits; Researching the production process of bread supplemented with breadfruit flour; Researching the production process of supplemented vermicelli with breadfruit powder; Assess the level of consumer acceptance for bread products; Assess market demand for breadfruit products.
