The work ability in an international environment of the city-level leaders and managers in Can Tho`
In the afternoon of June 7, 2023, Can Tho city Department of Science and Technology held a meeting to assess the budget for the implementation of the social science project "Work capability in an international environment of the leader and management staffs at the city level in Can Tho". The evaluation team was led by Dr. Ngo Anh Tin, Director of Can Tho city Department of Science and Technology. The study is carried by Dr. Le Thanh Hoa. Can Tho City School of Politics is an implementing agency.

Overview of the meeting
The purpose of the project is to assess the current situation and propose solutions to improve the working capacity in the international environment of leaders and managers in Can Tho until 2030, with a vision to 2020. 2045.
The content of the project implementation includes: International environment and international environment forecast to 2030, vision to 2045; Analyze and evaluate the current situation of capacity to work in the international environment of the team of leaders and managers at the city level in Can Tho; Assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the team of leaders and managers at the city level in Can Tho when working in an international environment; Recommend solutions and specific action plans to improve the working capacity of the city's leaders and managers in an international environment in Can Tho.

The implemented project will provide the theoretical and practical basis for the working capacity in the international environment of the city-level leaders and managers in the context of current international integration.


Research team
The appraisal team has commented on a number of contents and the level of funding for the implementation of the project according to the regulations of the state. However, the research team needs to adjust and complete the contents according to the comments of the members of the appraisal team.
