Thuật toán AI phát hiện nhiễm virus corona ở bệnh nhân từ CT scan với độ chính xác 96%
Cổng thông tin web của Trung Quốc, Sina Tech News cho biết một phát triển dựa trên AI mới, trong đó thuật toán được thiết kế đặc biệt có khả năng nhận ra nhiễm virus corona ở bệnh nhân từ chụp cắt lớp vi tính (CT) với độ chính xác 96%.

Theo bài báo trên Nikkei Asian Review, các nhà nghiên cứu tại Học viện nghiên cứu Damo thuộc sở hữu của Alibaba đã sử dụng bộ dữ liệu huấn luyện bao gồm hơn 5.000 trường hợp nhiễm virus corona SARS-CoV-2.

Kết quả thuật toán hoạt động hiệu quả về tỷ lệ phát hiện đặc biệt cao mà còn có khả năng phân biệt giữa ’viêm phổi siêu vi thông thường và virus corona mới. Alibaba đã tuyên bố rằng công cụ mới này sẽ được áp dụng tại hơn 100 bệnh viện ở một số tỉnh của Trung Quốc.

Quá trình phát hiện và nhận dạng cũng cực kỳ nhanh chóng, trong đó nhiệm vụ xử lý và chẩn đoán hình ảnh CT được thực hiện trong vòng 20 giây, ngay cả khi quét bệnh nhân thông thường có thể hơn 300 hình ảnh. Thông thường quá trình tương tự kéo dài 5-15 phút khi được thực hiện bởi một bác sĩ có trình độ.
