In order to open in the "new normality" with the goal of controlling the epidemic before September 15, the question is, how can F0 cases be detected early in the community, thereby quickly locating F0 cases in the community.
A conceivable scenario in the new normality: Every citizen has a personal QR code. The entry and exit of places, such as offices, offices, restaurants, or public places and etc. are controlled by this QR code. Close contacts of each person are also recorded by the Bluezone application on the phone. All are encrypted and saved on the system of the F0 Tracking Support Platform. Along with that, checkpoint testing at hospitals becomes a mandatory condition when people show symptoms of cough, fever and visit medical facilities.
Each person's test data is updated to the tracing system. When F0 is detected, the system will immediately find out who this F0 has been in contact with, who has reached the epidemiological milestone (where F0 has been), who is present at that epidemiological landmark and then automatically transfers the information to the tracing team in the relevant localities.
This process only takes a few tens of seconds and is completely automatic instead of medical staffs taking time to call and notify the places manually. Facing COVID-19, mastering time is a prerequisite to extinguish the germ of the disease. Not only supporting fast tracing, the "pointing" of the system also helps in effective zoning, helping to clearly identify the object that has been in direct contact with F0 that needs to be isolated, instead of having to collect all types of " catch is more wrong than omitted”.
