Automatic device for synchronously disinfecting people and objects
The solution is in the TOP 10 of the Program "Finding and connecting innovative solutions to cope with the COVID-19 epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City in 2021 (HIS-COVID 2021)", coordinated by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology and the Center for Support Youth Start-up (BSSC) to implement.

According to a group of authors from PTSC Petroleum Exploitation Services Joint Stock Company, the current methods of disease prevention and disinfection mainly focus on manual hand hygiene with aerosols or devices, such as automatic hand washing machine, disinfection chamber and etc. However, hand luggage and hand luggage, such as money, papers, phones, watches, bags, etc., which are frequently contacted items, are still not uniformly disinfected. This will reduce or even make the entire current ineffective disinfection process.

In fact, the authors have researched and manufactured a multi-function automatic disinfection cabinet that can disinfect synchronously both people, equipment, luggage and vehicles, etc. The cabinet has a size of 1.2m x 0 ,6m x 1.8m, integrated with automatic disinfection solutions by spray solution (alcohol, gel), UV disinfection, combined with semi-automatic remote control spraying system.

With hand sanitizer gel spray, the cabinet can handle 600-800 people/minute; for alcohol is from 70-80 people/minute.

Regarding luggage disinfection, the cabinet can handle from 8 times / minute (the time required to ensure disinfection requirements), can disinfect all portable items with dimensions of 40cm x 28cm x 30cm, blocks Maximum weight 5kg. However, the team can design according to the needs of the user.

The cabinet can also spray epidemic prevention against cross-infection by semi-manual method via 360º nozzle, remote control, with a frequency of 100 - 120 times/minute, the nozzle distance is 20m from the cabinet, remote control 100 meters away.

To help people and authorities repel and win against the COVID-19 epidemic with technological solutions, the authors wish to cooperate with partners in manufacturing, trading or transferring cabinet manufacturing technology at a low price of 30 million VND/cabinet.
