To be licensed, SAVIS must undergo tests with more than 600 items assessed by the European Compliance Agency and managed, monitored and appraised by the Ministry of Information and Communications, IT Department - The Government Cipher Committee and the Ministry of Public Security according to the provisions of Circular No. 16/2019/TT-BTTTT for the remote digital signing model.
Previously, SAVIS was also licensed to provide 2 digital signing and electronic certification services, TrustCA Qualified Timestamp – Electronic Authentication Service with Timestamps, and QTSP Trusted Service Provider Certification for digital signing service, secure electronic seal according to the remote digital signing model.
With these licenses, SAVIS said that it can meet both basic and advanced digital signature models for authentication, long-term electronic storage, electronic authentication, and electronic notarization according to international standards and Vietnamese law.
The remote digital signing service will promote paperless electronic transactions thoroughly all the way to the final process of authentication, long-term electronic storage for 10 years, 20 years or forever. For a long time, this has been a "bottleneck" of digital transformation when authentication methods are not strong enough and solid over time as well as technology changes to protect the value of evidence and evidence of documents from the dangers of forgery and fraud.
