When it comes to the future, we cannot help but care about the young generation, whether our future is sustainable or not will depend on the consciousness and creativity of the young generation. With this topic, activities to celebrate this year's IP Day are focused on by our NOIP at universities - the cradle of nurturing and incubating the country's talents.

"Today's workshop topic is very special and meaningful when integrating the role of gender equality in IPR protection activities in terms of reading culture of Vietnamese students. It will not be possible to get Innovators, talented young entrepreneurs, if, since sitting in the lecture hall, students do not learn, study and digest documents with understanding and respect for the IPR rights of others.

Lawyer Le Xuan Loc gave a lecture on the issue of intellectual property identification at universities and the issue of respecting IP rights among students.

Sharing at the workshop, Lawyer Le Xuan Loc (a member of T&G Law Firm) also gave a speech on the issue of identifying intellectual property at universities and respecting IP rights among students. Accordingly, types of intellectual property at universities usually include: intellectual property from teaching and learning activities of lecturers and students; intellectual property from scientific research activities; intellectual property from other professional and extracurricular activities; intellectual property from cooperation with partners outside the school.

Lawyer Le Xuan Loc also pointed out that some common acts of infringing upon students' IP rights are copying works; using fake books/story/other goods; use unlicensed software; watch movies, listen to music from pirated websites. From this situation, Lawyer Loc said that giving students more exposure to IP rights knowledge will contribute to raising awareness and reducing students' IPR infringement in the university environment.
