The delegation of the National Office of Intellectual Property visited and worked in France
With the permission of the Minister of Science and Technology, from May 30 to June 2, 2023, the delegation of the National Office of Intellectual Property, led by Director Dinh Huu Phi, had a trip, and worked in the French Republic.

Director Dinh Huu Phi and Mr. Pascal Faure, CEO of INPI signed a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation in the field of intellectual property between the two agencies
Within the framework of the business trip, the NOIP signed a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation with the French Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in the field of intellectual property, and visited and worked at a number of establishments to learn and exchange experiences in training, research on intellectual property, protection, management and exploitation of geographical indications, and support businesses in the field of intellectual property.
Within the framework of the trip, on June 2, 2023, at INPI's headquarters in Courbevoie city, Director Dinh Huu Phi and Mr. Pascal Faure, CEO of INPI signed a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation in the field of intellectual property between the two Agencies.
The Memorandum of Understanding has a term of 5 years with the main areas of cooperation including: Exchange of industrial property information; Protection and management of geographical indications; Patent valuation and patent mapping; Technology transfer; Commercialization of intellectual property; Supporting small and medium enterprises; Training staffs and related subjects; Exchange of information on enforcement of intellectual property rights; Operation and administration of intellectual property offices; Appraisal quality control; other areas of interest to the parties.
