Digital transformation plan for the Industry and Trade sector
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued Decision No. 1080/QD-BCT dated May 8, 2024 on the digital transformation plan of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2024.

According to this decision, the Ministry of Industry and Trade aims to have 100% of transactions on the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Public Service Portal be electronically authenticated, except for services that require mandatory presence according to the provisions of law.
The Public Service Portal and Electronic One-Stop Information System (HTTT) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade are connected and share data with the National Public Service Portal. 100% of administrative procedures are eligible to implement the entire process of public service.
Integrate 100% of qualified online public services (DVCTT), involving many people and businesses, integrated into the National Public Service Portal. The ratio of online payments on the National Public Service Portal to the total number of public service payment transactions reaches at least 45%.
Ensuring the rate of administrative procedures settlement implemented through the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Public Service Portal reaches 90%; Information systems of the Ministry of Industry and Trade related to people and businesses that have been put into operation and exploitation are connected and interconnected through an integration and data sharing platform; Information of people and businesses is digitized and stored in national databases (databases) without having to be provided again, and etc.
