Launching the "Make in Viet Nam" blockchain network: A strategic step to master the national digital infrastructure
On May 6, 2025, 1Matrix Company, a member of the Techcombank - One Mount Group - Masterise Group - Techcom Securities ecosystem and a member of the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA), officially launched the Blockchain Layer 1 network "Make in Vietnam" at an event, attended by state leaders, business partners and the international technology community.

The goal of 1Matrix is to build a purely Vietnamese blockchain platform, helping Vietnam master technology, protect national data sovereignty and promote the development of the digital economy and digital society, aiming the leading groups in the region in blockchain by 2030 according to the Government's strategy.
In the context of the national blockchain strategy, 1Matrix plays a central role in developing decentralized digital infrastructure, serving public data, public services, digital finance and distributed ledger (DLT) applications. At the same time, the company also provides comprehensive blockchain solutions, contributing to building the ecosystem and raising awareness of new technologies in Vietnam. To support the development of high-quality human resources, 1Matrix organizes the "VietChain Talents 2025" competition to search for and train young blockchain talents, attracting support from many agencies, businesses and large universities in the country.
The program has a total prize value of 3.5 billion VND, including the first prize for the Blockchain Layer 1 topic worth 1 billion VND along with other attractive prizes for exchanges, blockchain tracing and blockchain bridges. Participating universities also have the opportunity to receive prizes of up to 200 million VND when sending winning teams. The competition is highly appreciated for its professionalism, transparency and fairness, contributing to building a generation of dynamic, creative Vietnamese blockchain engineers, ready to compete in the international market.
