Young Vietnamese intellectuals around the world train "Popular AI" for 2 million young people
A training program organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, in coordination with the Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals and other related units, was launched in the afternoon of May 29. The program aims to provide free training in AI technology for millions of young people during the period of 2025–2026.

This is part of the “AI Education for Vietnam” initiative initiated by the Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals with the goal of providing free training for 2 million Vietnamese youth in the period of 2025-2026, of which at least 500,000 people will complete the program in the first year.
The program is specifically designed for union members, youths, students, and pupils with a training roadmap from basic to advanced, focusing on practical skills and applying AI to practical study, and work.
In particular, the program is completely free and can be studied online 24/7 at phocap.ai, to create conditions for all Vietnamese youth to access AI easily, regardless of region, economic conditions and time.
In addition, a team of experts and AI tools will accompany and support attendees throughout the program to ensure the quality and ability to practice AI applications for them.
The program gathers a team of lecturers who are outstanding young doctors and experts who have graduated or are working at the world's leading universities and technology corporations, such as MIT, Cambridge, Pennsylvania, Maryland (USA), ETH Zurich (Switzerland), Monash (Australia), Sejong, Soongsil (Korea), Google, Uber, DDE, SHB, AIOV, Momo, and etc.
Sharing at the opening ceremony of the program, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam said: in any period of transformation of the country, Youth Union and Association officials are always the leading force not only in propaganda, organizing movements or volunteering, but now also in digital transformation, technology application, and innovation.
