Applying AI to solve administrative procedures
The implementation of Hanoi's Public Administration Service Center aims to transform the management model to non-administrative boundaries by establishing branches in large districts.

Delegates discussed how the Public Administration Service Center can handle work more effectively.
This allows the center to receive and handle administrative procedures regardless of geographical boundaries, contributing to reducing time and costs and creating the most favorable conditions for people and businesses in the process of carrying out administrative procedures.
However, the implementation process still faces some challenges, such as many people are not familiar with using online services, leading to difficulties in logging in or lack of security information when performing online procedures. These issues make some people still wonder and worry about the safety of data and the method of processing documents online.
At the seminar, representatives of the center answered questions from citizens and businesses, and provided information about the model, operations and data security level at the center. In particular, the center's operations currently apply artificial intelligence, digital data interconnection technology and a scientific flow model to reduce congestion and shorten processing time.
People can submit their applications online or via public post, all documents will be isolated, packaged and stored continuously, helping to save time and limit the need to come directly to receive results. The Center always listens to feedback to serve better and better, contributing to bringing the government closer and friendlier to the people and businesses.
