Most businesses find that the level of AI human resources does not meet market requirements, requiring increased specialized skills training, updating new technologies, and building support policies from the State to improve the capacity of this human resource.
In that context, experts emphasized that improving the quality of training and developing AI human resources is a key factor to promote the economy, enhance competitiveness and international integration for the city.
Solutions need to focus on innovating training programs, updating practical contents, such as deep learning, big data, and integrating interdisciplinary skills such as AI ethics and social responsibility. Retraining and attracting international lecturers and experts to develop AI research centers will help improve the quality of human resources as well as promote innovation in the community.
To meet practical needs, close cooperation between schools and businesses is of utmost importance. Businesses should participate in designing training programs, investing in R&D projects, and recruiting human resources from universities to ensure that graduates are suitable for labor requirements. This coordination not only improves training quality but also promotes innovation, helping the city develop AI human resources that meet global standards and maintain a competitive advantage in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
