Construct and develop an “intellectual property culture” in the community
The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Office of Intellectual Property (IP) and the Center for Research and Development of Science and Technology Communication aims to deploy cooperation activities between the two units actively, and systematically communicate information on IP, aiming to build a diverse information source; creating and developing "IP culture" in the community.
The signing ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of Mr. Dinh Huu Phi, Director of the NOIP and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hai Hang, Director of the Media Center. Attending and witnessing the signing ceremony, there were also representatives of leaders of NOIP, Media Center; leaders of departments and divisions under the two units.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Director General Dinh Huu Phi emphasized the important role of IP communication and affirmed, IP activities come closer to life through communication activities. The signing ceremony is also an opportunity for leaders and staffs of the two units to exchange experiences as well as concretize tasks to be implemented in the coming time, such as communication programs and projects; training, fostering / training skills, professional communication on IP; building a team to communicate IP policies in a specialized and professional direction; building and deploying a network and orientation of IP communication activities nationwide in order to connect the activities of the team of IP communication collaborators to meet the increasing demands of society.
