Application of powdered and liquid Lactic bacteria preparations in aquaculture and poultry farming
In order to consider directly assigning organizations and individuals to preside over the science and technology project "Application of powdered and liquid Lactic bacteria products in aquaculture and poultry farming", Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology had a council meeting in the afternoon of April 25, 2024. The Council was presided by Mr. Truong Hoang Phuong - Deputy Director of Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology. The study will carried out by Dr. Nguyen Huu Thanh. Can Tho Science and Technology Advanced Application Center is an agency in charge of implementation.

The project's objectives are to complete the process of producing and preserving Lactic bacteria products (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus) in powder form; Developing a process for producing and preserving liquid Lactic bacteria products (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus); Evaluating the effectiveness of powdered and liquid Lactic bacteria preparations on chicken and pangasius.
Council's members
The content of the project includes: Completing the process of producing and preserving powdered Lactic bacteria products (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus) at the factory; Evaluate the effectiveness of biological products (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus) in powder form on pangasius raised in experimental farm conditions; Testing to evaluate the effectiveness of biological products of Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus in powder form on chickens in experimental farm conditions; Evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria on the farming environment and the ability to develop chickens, pathogens in the farming environments of industrial chickens; Evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria on the farming environment and the ability to develop of cultured animals, and of pathogens in fish farming environments under industrial farm conditions; Determine economic efficiency in experimental models; Develop a process for producing and preserving liquid bacterial products of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus; Organize technology transfer seminars.
